DIGIWEBS is the advertising network of PT Digitech Webs Media, a registered Indonesian company based in Surabaya. We run our own network of websites, connect advertisers with publisher traffic, build websites for businesses and license content.

Yes. Contracts, invoices, tax documents and bank accounts are all in the name of PT Digitech Webs Media. Our business registration (NIB) and tax ID (NPWP) are printed on every contract and invoice, and prospective partners can request copies of our legal documents through the contact form.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 09.00–16.00 WIB (UTC+7). Messages sent through the contact form get a ticket number right away, and we usually reply within one business day.

Yes. We work with advertisers, publishers and demand partners worldwide, in English and Indonesian. Prices for advertising are set in US dollars; partners based in Indonesia pay and are paid in rupiah, as required by Law 7/2011.

Create an advertiser account, add funds to your prepaid balance, and place an order on the portal or sign an insertion order (IO). Your account manager helps you set up targeting and delivery.

Campaigns are prepaid. You can top up by card, virtual account, QRIS or bank transfer, and every fee is shown before you pay. Funds reserved for an order are released automatically if the order is declined or cancelled before it runs.

No. We classify every page view as Valid, Proxy/data-centre/VPN, Junk, Bot or Unclassified. You choose which classes you accept and pay for, and Bot traffic is never billed.

The binding count is our ad-server report, broken down by traffic class. If your own system differs by more than 10%, we reconcile in good faith within 14 days of the report.

Yes. A remaining balance is refunded to the payment source in your name after verification, less any actual gateway fees. The balance is not a deposit and earns no interest.

Creatives, landing pages and products must be legal under Indonesian law and the law of the target country, must not mislead, and must follow Google Ad Manager policies. We review creatives and may reject or stop those that break the rules.

Create a publisher account and add your site. We review content quality, traffic sources and compliance with ad policies before ads go live. Revenue share and minimum payout are set in your insertion order or written agreement.

Monthly earnings appear in your dashboard after the month closes, and you turn them into an invoice with one click. We pay by transfer to your verified account on the terms of your IO, once the invoice is approved.

Traffic from bots, incentivised clicks, hidden frames, auto-refresh or data centres is not paid. Earnings for traffic under review may be held for up to 30 days. Never click your own ads or buy traffic that misleads advertisers.

To protect your money. A change of payout account must be verified and waits for the security period shown on the portal before the next payment, so nobody can redirect your earnings by taking over your email.

Taxes are withheld or collected under Indonesian tax regulations, and we send you the withholding slips (bukti potong) for your own tax return.

Yes, free of charge for publishers. We keep every old link and redirect so your search rankings are preserved, and we can take care of content, SEO, social posts and newsletters for you.

Register on our vendor portal at vendor.digiwebs.media and complete your company and bank details. We only pay for work based on a written order from PT Digitech Webs Media.

On the terms stated in the order. Where no terms are stated, within 30 days of receiving a complete invoice, by transfer to a verified account in the vendor's name.

Every invoice and receipt we issue carries a verification code, a QR code and a link to its online copy. Scan the QR code: it opens our verification page with the same number and amount. Our bank account is always in the name of PT Digitech Webs Media.

We only email from addresses ending in @digiwebs.media. We never ask for fees to join, never ask for your password or one-time code, and never ask you to pay into a personal account or through WhatsApp or Telegram. If in doubt, report it to us.

We process personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022). Verification documents are encrypted and seen only by our verification team. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact form.

Yes, to help write, check and automate routine work. Content that uses AI is reviewed by people, and decisions that bind the company, such as prices, contracts and payments, are always approved by a person.
