The rules we follow so advertisers pay for real audiences, publishers are paid for real readers and everyone knows who they are dealing with.

Transparent supply chain

  • Every site in our network publishes an ads.txt file that lists the sellers allowed to sell its inventory.
  • Our sellers.json file is generated automatically and lists every seller we represent, following the IAB Tech Lab standard.
  • Bid requests carry supply chain data, so buyers can trace where an impression came from.

Traffic quality

  • Every page view is classified as Valid, Proxy/data-centre/VPN, Junk, Bot or Unclassified.
  • Advertisers choose which classes they pay for. Bot traffic is never billed and never paid.
  • Earnings from traffic under review may be held for up to 30 days, and invalid traffic is refunded to advertisers.

Better ads, better pages

  • We follow the Coalition for Better Ads standards, including limits on ad density on mobile pages.
  • We never ask anyone to click ads, and we do not use hidden links, fake visits or fake accounts.
  • Sponsored content is always labelled.

Brand safety

  • Creatives and landing pages are reviewed against Indonesian law, the law of the target country and Google Ad Manager policies.
  • Advertisers can exclude categories and sites; unsafe content is kept away from ads.

Privacy and personal data

  • We process personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022), keep it only as long as needed, and encrypt verification documents.
  • You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

Money handled safely

  • We pay and get paid only through licensed banks and payment providers, into accounts in the name of the contracting party.
  • Payments are prepared by our system and released by an authorised person in the bank, never automatically.
  • Every invoice and receipt carries a verification code and QR code, and our PDFs are locked against editing.

Responsible AI

  • AI helps us write, check and automate routine work. People review what is published.
  • Anything that binds the company, such as prices, contracts and payments, is approved by a person.

Someone is using our name?

Scammers sometimes pretend to be advertising companies to collect fees or personal data. Here is how to tell us apart.

Report it to us
  1. Our email addresses always end in @digiwebs.media, and our sites are digiwebs.media, app.digiwebs.media and vendor.digiwebs.media.
  2. We never charge publishers or job applicants a fee.
  3. We never ask for passwords, one-time codes or card numbers by chat, phone or email.
  4. Invoices from us can be checked with the QR code printed on them, and payment always goes to an account in the name of PT Digitech Webs Media.

Security reports

Found a vulnerability? Tell us privately through the contact form or by email, and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure. Our contact details are also in /.well-known/security.txt.
